Parastoo Oloumi

  • Iranian at heart, Parastoo began focusing on her art professionally in 2021. Entirely self-taught and driven by passion, she quickly established herself as a professional artist, creating contemporary works in the fields of calligraphy and abstract art. Her artwork celebrates the rich heritage of her homeland, Iran, as she is deeply inspired by the intricate patterns of modern Persian calligraphy and poetry. She has skillfully blended Persian traditional calligraphy with modern art, continuously exploring new techniques to bridge the gap between tradition and innovation.

Recently, Parastoo has expanded her artistic exploration into textiles, incorporating calligraphy into fabrics to create wearable art, ceramic designs, and branding for businesses. Most of her work is commission-based and custom-made, offering her clients personalized pieces that showcase the beauty of Persian culture through a contemporary lens.

With a background in management, Parastoo brings an organized and professional approach to her artistry. She balances creativity with structure, ensuring every project reflects her dedication and passion for excellence.
